PMO / Project Manager (French Speaking)
French Speaking Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager required for an ERP project based in France. You will be required to lead the PMO function across the whole life cycle, setting up the PMO function, defining / managing Governance process and standards as well as setting up project frameworks and providing insight, challenging and managing budgets for the portfolio /  programme of works.
You must speak Fluent French and be able to work full-time (4 days a week) on-site in Paris.
Essential Skills:
As an experienced Prince2 PMO Project Manager you will need to demonstrate prior experience across the following:
  • Experience of Portfolio, Programme and Project management offices (e.g. P3O, MOP)
  • Fluent French language skills (Both written and spoken)
  • Supporting key Senior stakeholders in delivering all key aspects of a PMO
  • The setup and maintenance of governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance and delivery of change initiatives
  • Establishing and managing reviews independently at important points during and after change implementations
  • Designing, implementing and overseeing regular reporting mechanism for projects, programmes, portfolios - ensuring the right level of quality is achieved across projects and workstreams and included at relevant management/governance forums
  • Providing insight, challenge and manage budgets for portfolios, programmes and projects
  • Facilitating the creation, sign-offs and ongoing management of Business Cases
  • Good knowledge of change methodologies e.g. MSP, Prince 2, Agile 
  • In depth understanding of risk management frameworks
  • Confident negotiation, conflict resolution and facilitation skills
  • Experience of cost control and management for change initiatives
