Nigel Griffiths

Nigel has experience across a range of businesses, from owning a medium sized brokerage to holding directors posts in large organisations across a range of different market places.

Having helped build a successful practice in one of the UK’s most respected and dynamic sales focused Financial Services organisations Nigel was head hunted in 2000 to help develop a small Financial Services brokerage. He became a partner in 2001 and helped grow the business for acquisition. The partners won the South West Entrepreneur’s of the Year Award for business in 2006 and went on to complete the sale of the business in 2007. During this time Nigel and Martin worked successfully together on joint venture business development projects.

Nigel then took an executive roll  and worked integrating his former company within the acquiring high street building society. By chance as part of this process Nigel was introduced to the Science of Axiology and having trialled it on a number of his teams, was so interested in the unique benefits it could provide he became a founding Partner of Axiametrics.

When he is not helping  organisations to shape their future through the implementation of solutions  from the Axia Profile, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family, playing Tennis, Golf and Motor Racing in ‘The Fun Cup’, Europe’s leading endurance circuit racing series. The Axiametrics sponsored Credit Crunch Racing car 103 piloted by Nigel, Tim and Dominic  won 4 of its five races in 2009 including taking top spot on the podium for the UK petrol class at the SPA 25Hour, the world’s longest circuit race.
