Why are we different?
Recent advances in scientific research are changing our understanding about human thought. The research shows that our memories are not stored in one area of the brain as was previously thought. Different areas of the brain are linked by synapses and, by the end of our teenage years, we have developed certain synapses or ‘thinking super highways’ in preference to the other millions of synapses we have. These super highways have effectively become our dominant thinking patterns or, as we describe them, our unique thinking talents and synapses that are not used actually start to die away.
The Axia Profile is the only recruitment or psychometric profile that accurately identifies an individual’s thinking talent and therefore is able to report on our strengths related to any specific role.
